Itunes6464.msi Error and its killing me not knowing how to fix it

Hello i have been away on holiday and i have just got back and saw there was a update for my iTunes. I did this but now its not working. I have tryed to remove all the iTunes files and everything to do with apple but its not working. Here is a screen shot of what it says when i try and uninstall:
