I cannot receive or send emails on my iPhone 6 Plus or mini iPad. I am using Comcast for my email service. Both devices are operating with the current updates.
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.1, Also iPad mini
Restart your Comcast modem and your iOS devices then try again.
Turn off your devices
Unplug the Comcast cable modem form the electrical out
Wait 10 seconds then plug the cable modem back into the electrical outlet
Plug the modem back in
Wait 30 seconds then restart your iOS devices then try sending email
Cannot receive or send emails on my iPhone 6 Plus or my iPad mini.
