activation lock without owner's account

If you need FMiP removed you would need to contact Apple Care with Proof of Purchase i.e. original contract.

If you purchased a used iPhone and it is Activation Locked, there is nothing anybody (including Apple) can do for you unless you contact the original owner and have them release the lock.
Please stop posting multiple copies of the same problem. All it does is confuse everyone.
