I just purchased an album and one song isn't showing up.

A couple days ago, I purchased 3 songs off of Halsey's album "BADLANDS" ("Drive" "Hurricane" and "Castle") and I got a new iTunes gift card today so I could purchase the rest of the album. I went to buy it, and it charged me for the rest of the songs and started downloading them. It downloaded every song but one, which was "New Americana". It just says "Purchased" next to the song in the iTunes Store even though I have never purchased that song before. I've tried going into my account and seeing my hidden purchases, but nothing shows up. I even tried just searching for the song itself in the iTunes Store and tried buying it separately, and when I tried to do that, it said something like "This item is not available".
