If you are using the Apple supplied power unit, yes. You will simply need a plug adapter.

Like steadman1 said, the charger supplied with the phone is a universal charger that will work anywhere in the world from 100-240 volts. All you need is an adapter for the wall plug which is best purchased in the country in question. They are often cheap and available at the airports.
