Can only see "iphoto" not "photos" on apple tv 4th Gen

I can see all the photos and folders that were in 'iphoto' but my new photos which are now under 'photos' do not show up on my apple tv.

What do I do to fix this?

iPad 2, iOS 9.3.1, Also MacBook Air, apple tv 4th Gen

Make sure you update to include the new photos within iTunes (file - home sharing - choose photos to share)
