show all apps in iTunes menu on computer

In iTunes, there are 5 tabs. My Apps, My iPhone Apps, My iPad Apps and App store. I have 187 apps.

When I connect my iPhone I see all the screens with the apps I have,

BUT in the left hand column it only lists two when my phone is connected. And in the lower box on the left hand side it has 10 apps that are listed as File Sharing.

Disconnecting my iPhone under the tab My apps there are still only two.

Why aren't all 187 listed, in iTunes whether or not I am connected to my phone?
