I've just purchased a brand new iPhone SE 64gb. Windows doesn't detect it. It says "Unknown Device".
Manually updating the device driver doesn't work. On Hardware IDs tab it says "USB\UNKNOWN", there's no even an ID.
Any clues?

Just to be sure that we are on the same page based on the title of this thread, you have an iPhone SE 64 GB, and it isn't recognized in iTunes on your Windows computer. If that is correct the place to start is here: If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
Note that you must be running Windows 7 or later, and the installed version of iTunes must be 12.6.3 or later.
You have to install iTunes version 12.3 or later (apple.com/itunes), and it requires Windows 7 or later.
Thanks, that's the first thing I did actually, iTunes 12.2 didn't recognize it so I upgraded to iTunes 12.3.3, but the problem persists.
