The information you provided doesn't say much or anything about the status of the battery.
In the menu bar item under the Apple icon, is 'About this Mac' and if you click in that a box
will open, two buttons are visible (System Report button will launch System Info - a utility.)
within System Information utility, you should be able to see various properties of both soft-
ware and hardware. The battery is part of the Power system and its present status, activity
in use Cycles, power remaining, original total power capacity & details are to be found there.
Depending on where you bought the replacement battery or how it was installed, the cell
may be of low quality or shorter life than an original Apple or other reputable replacement.

The hands on inspection of an Apple Store genius (contact store ahead to schedule appointment)
could be helpful; if no official Apple Store is available, an authorized Apple service provider could
be useful in having the MacBook Pro tested and battery status determined; take along the power
adapter as they can see if there is an issue with the MagSafe and its connection circuit in the Mac.
A new battery should still be available not ebay and from reputable source; a cheap clone may not
last more than a limited time, without as long a life and hold shorter charge cycles.
If the battery is near dead or flat, it may be well beyond serviceability and needs replaced (again)
however services of an Apple service technician or Apple Store genius may help determine this.
There are repair guides for Mac portables that could be helpful, they discuss and show battery
plus other aspects of internal details and procedures to look inside; without having to open it.

There are a few things to try & do that may help, there is an SMC system management controller reset
which requires steps to see if the battery &/or charging circuitry can resume taking a charge...

If the battery is non-removable:
- Shut down the Mac.
- Plug in the MagSafe or USB-C power adapter to a power source and to your Mac.
- Using the built-in keyboard, press Shift-Control-Option on the left side of the keyboard, then press the power button at the same time.
- Release all keys, then press the power button again to turn on your Mac
