Deleted video 3-4 months ago, can I recover it?

I had 2 very important videos that were deleted from iPhone and macbook about 3-4 months ago. I logged in to iCloud yesterday, saw the videos were there, clicked on one of them then they both disappeared. I've tried many of the video recovery products out there and they only pull up recently deleted videos. I can't find any answers about recovering a very specific video from iPhone, macbook, or iCloud (especially if as of yesterday I saw it sitting in iCloud).

Any help would be appreciated.
