icloud not not working on windows 10

I can not ,copy cut and paste on my windows 10 . This happened since I update the Icloud application.

Can you enable on-screen keyboard and check if CTRL+C and CTRL+V generate proper key strokes? Please also test using Fn+Ctrl+C and +V.
