I tried to add credit card which was added to wallet previously, it shows message "card already in the wallet" but it is not showing in the wallet.
Anyone expreienced this before and how to make it available in the wallet?
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.1
Force restart your iPhone then try again.
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Then tap the Wallet icon on your iPhone then tap the circle with a + top right side of the screen to ad the card again.

Perhaps your situation is that your card is literally "already in your wallet" and you simply cannot view it.
When you open the Wallet app, you see your default card. Swipe down on that default card. Doing so will reveal other cards in your wallet, if you have some. They will appear behind the default card.

No. it only shows : Add credit or debit card.
OK. Then you currently have no cards registered.
Add a card either using the method Carolyn Samit recommends above or at Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay.
Presumably you are in a country that accepts Apple Pay and you are signed in to the Apple Store using your Apple ID on your iPhone.
Manage to add the card. Need to signout again from icloud and sign-in again. Thanks all for assisting.

I am having the same exact problem after updating to 9.3.2 I tried signing in and out of iCloud but I've had no luck. I even factory reseted my phone but the problem still presist.
try to login and logout from icloud several time every day for several days
Do you know how to add back card that is already in the wallet but not showing?
