Cant get texts from iphone users

I got rid of my iphone and got an android and I tried to use the webpage to disassociate my number from iphone and imessage but it wont let me enter the code and I cant get any customer support help because they keep hanging up before someone picks up. How can I dissassociate it? I also tried logging in to do it but my iphone isnt showing up on my account.
