I cant enable my disabled iPhone

So last year i got an new iPhone to replace my broken iPhone 5c but i want to use it for games and music but its Disabled and i have tried to restore is on iTunes but it does not let me because the iPhone is on iOS 8.1 and i try to restore and update. I have tried to update it then restore is but same thing keeps on happening it says "This device isn‘t eligible for the requested build" what should I do?
