Podcast Error Message: episode is temporarily unavailable

We published this week's podcast episode (# 039 Barry Glassman | Creating Company Culture) on May 1st, 6 hours later the episode title and description for shows up in iTunes; however, when users try to play the track they receive the message "Episode Unavailable This Episode is temporarily unavailable from "Grow My Revenue Business Cast" . The audio file plays fine from the sound cloud player, as you can see here: http://www.ianaltman.com/podcast/barry-glassman-creating-company-culture/ Typically for the past 7 months when we published our podcast episodes they appear within minutes in iTunes with no issues. Is there a know issue today causing our most recent episode to not play in iTunes ?

There is an ongoing problem at Soundcloud and you've fallen over it, in common with a number of other posters. The URL of your top episode's media file is

http://feeds.soundcloud.com/stream/261910286-ian-altman-039-barry-glassman-creat ing-company-culture.mp3

This redirects to http://feeds-tmp.soundcloud.com/stream/261910286-ian-altman-039-barry-glassman-c reating-company-culture.mp3

When entering the URL in a browser others have seen an error message saying '403 Forbidden: Request forbidden by administrative rules' but you get nothing at all - perhaps a change since yesterday. This is something only Soundcloud can fix. Their Status blog says there is a problem with the feeds, so though this is with the audio file rather than the feed it's probably all part of the same problem.
