iphone5s went blue screen and then turned off
My iphone 5s went blue screen turned itself off and then now when I plug it into the charger it is making a a buzz sound but i am not getting the apple sign .
Should i try plugging it into my Mac ?
Did you try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by doing this.
If this does not work, the problem might be hardware related and the phone has to be service by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
