Mac pro 5,1 can't not boot with Plextor M6e black edition PCI-e SSD

Hello:

My SSD is Plextor M6e black edition M.2 with PCI-e Adaptor and AHCI. Although I can use M6e as a universal storage. I have no idea how to set M6e as the boot drive. I've installed a clean El Capitan into it. disk utility display it's bootable and I can select it as the target item in Startup Disk of System Preference.

But! My Mac Pro never boot with M6e, and I can't the see the disk in the Startup Manager.

Can anyone have ideas about what's going on?

Best regards

Jimmy
