Sorry, but the phone can't be fixed anymore after that. Contact Apple Support, they can offer you to get the device replaced, if you are willing to pay the reduced Out-of-Warranty-Service fee. Water damage is not covered by the warranty, if your device is still covered by Apple Care +, the price will be cheaper.

If the hardware of the phone got into contact with water, the corrosion will make the phone unless sooner or later. Make sure your data has been backed up.
Some people tried to put the phone into a sealed bag of rice for a couple of days, to get the moisture out of the phone, but this may only work temporarily.

The iPhone can only be serviced by Apple in the country of purchase. Since Apple does not ship internationally, you, or a person you trust, will have to bring it back to that country to get it serviced. In some countries the iPhone can also be serviced by the carrier.

Wowww after five days in sillica gel & Rice it's working perfectl..there is no any vertical line...
You should expect it to fail at any time ... very soon.

Actually it happened on last Wednesday...and next week my sister is going to go back to Canada .. That's why I planned to replace my iPhone there..

iPhone is not designed to tolerate water. Water is bad for electronics. Expect the iPhone to fail, even if it happens to work right now.
