Ordering Music in my iTunes

Hi

I use to be able to re-order the music in my iTunes my clicking on the headers in the playlists e.g I could order by clicking ; albums, artists, etc.

I recall I had to select or deselect a preference to do this, but can't now find it!

Any ideas guys?

Sorry if this is a simple question with a simple solution, I'm simple!
