Login screen not reflecting settings

Hi,

My login screen is not reflecting the settings I'm making in system preferences.

My login screen shows 3 users (Admin, me and guest). It also shows shutdown/restart options.

I have Find My Mac turned off, and have set Guest account off.

I have Filevault turned on.

Even if I change values, the login screen does not change

Is there something I'm missing? I can't see why my login screen is not changing

I've reset NVRAM. Made no difference to this screen.
