When you copy and paste, drag/drop a link into your post, it automatically replaces the name displayed URL with the title of the Page..
While this looks better than displaying the URL... the actual link is now hidden, and most won't hover over the link just to see where the page leads,, they'll just click it..
Anyway to change this behavior when creating new posts with links?

you're welcome. playing around (or making mistakes!) reveals many hidden features here - there is NO User Guide, making one wonder if anyone that publishes this Apple SiteWare has ever really *used* it?
