Howdy gildum,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

If you'd like to start a shared iCloud photo album, then please follow through the steps outlined below.

On a Windows computer

  1. Open File Explorer (Windows 8 or later) or Windows Explorer (Windows 7), then select iCloud Photos.

  2. Click “New shared album” in the toolbar.

  3. Invite people to subscribe by entering their email addresses, then name your new shared album.

  4. To let people view your shared album on the web, select the public website option.

  5. Click Next, then drag photos or videos to the dialog that appears, or click “Choose photos or videos.”

  6. Click Done.

Your invitees receive an email and a notification asking them to join or subscribe to your shared album. Invitees using an iOS device or a Mac with OS X v10.8 or later also receive invitations in Notification Center.

Invitees using Apple TV can accept shared photo album invitations, view shared albums, like photos, and read comments about photos.

Note: If you selected the public website option for your shared album and want to know the shared album’s web address, open the shared album on your Windows computer, then click Info in the toolbar.

iCloud: Create a shared album

Cheers.
