HELP cannot connect Iphone to Itunes

I have just gotten my IPhone 6plus back from Apple from being repaired... I want to put it through ITunes to download all my music on it again. When I plug my phone into the computer to set it up, the ITunes won't recognize that the Phone is even plugged into the computer. It is the same with my Ipad Mini...
