Problem in Button

I am facing problem in Iphone 6 that Ringer On Off Switch is not working properly some time work some time not.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1

Take it to Apple, its a hardware issue.

Make sure that "Do Not Disturb" is not enabled.

I have submitted yesterday they said phone is internally modified they cant give service i dont know why even phone not opened ever first time give in authorized service center . i thought Apple being supplied faulty phones. or second handed repair phones.
