New update issues

My iPhone 6 stopped accepting updates around December. I have cleared the entire phone, done a million hard resets, and sat through the inevitable, "error, please try again," so many times, I can't even put a number on it; thinking that I might get lucky and finally hit the try again button just right to update my phone. Is there a magical trick that I can try to use?

Have you tried restoring your iPhone to factory settings?

1. Backup your iPhone and start your iTunes

2. Connect your iPhone to your computer

3. Press and hold the home button (touch id) and power (sleep/start) button together until you see iTunes symbol in your iPhone display

4. Your iTunes should detect your iPhone with a message saying there is a problem with your iPhone. It has 2 choice either update or restore

5. Pick restore and it will delete everything (including your data) in your iPhone and restore it to factory settings.

This should resolved your issue.
