Cannot change iCloud accounts on iPhone due to old email being deleted

Hello.

The problem is that I made my iCloud account with an old email, which has now been deleted. I have a new iCloud account(from which I am writing), but I cannot log out of the old one from my iPhone, because I cannot remember the password. The password cannot be retrieved due to the old email account(christof.uisk@stclares.ac.uk) being deleted.

Is it possible to show an Apple employee a photo of my identification documents in order to prove that I am indeed the owner of the old account and get the email accounts switched?

I hope I made myself clear and that there is someone who can offer assistance.

If you simply changed the email address for your User ID (rather than creating a brand new Apple Account), then you can use your current Apple/iCloud ID password to sign the old ID out of iCloud.
