old imac died saved hd where did iphone sync info go

My old iMac died but I was able to retrieve/save the hard disk and have it attached externally to my "new" iMac. I had synced my iPhone to my old computer and am assuming that all that inform is still on the old HD. How do I retrieve it? I'm lost.
