Which is the correct version for Windows 8.1 - 64 Bit to sync with Iphone 4S

I had Itunes 12.1.3 installed on Windows 8.1 - 64 Bit. This was however not compatible with my Iphone 4S. Hence I uninstalled the same. On Itines help it says download 12.3.3 as the latest version for Windows 8.1 64 bit. However after downloading the installation file; windows is giving an error stating - This can't run on your PC. To find the version for your PC; check with the Software publisher.

Hence I am now unable to use my Iphone with the Older version (12.1.3) & the newer version does not get installed.

You need iTunes 12.3 to sync with an iOS 9,3 device.

Is your Win 8.1 installation fully updated?

Did you get 13.3.3 from here?

Hello,

I have Version 9.3.1 on my IPhone 4S. Will try to download 12.3 only & not 12.3.3 & try and install on windows 8.1.

iTunes 12.3.3 for Windows (64-bit) - from - http://www.apple.com/in/itunes/download/

Yes my Windows 8.1 is fully updated.
