Q: How do I take off a credit card on the appstore

My App Store wont let me download anything because I "have to verify my payment" and then I put my debit card on and it says my payment method was declined

I think the first time - it needs a credit card to verify age 18 for the person doing the transaction
You can also put in an iTunes gift card
