I purchased hbonow via Itunes. I get HBoNOW on my tv, however cannot get it on my ipad or tablet, not sure how to do it. I downloaded the HBO NOW app and try to log on, pc, tablet and my ipad but HBO does not recognize my email or password.
Is the app asking for a creation of a new account?
I would try to call HBO customer service as they may have to switch something on their end

Yes, they do not realized I have it already via Itunes. Everything I looked at does not have the option to look up issues with Itunes, only other subscribers like Verizon. I called HBO and was on the phone waiting 39 minutes, no one ever came. I got frustrated and hung up.
Thank you for the Itunes "report a problem" I did not know about this. I will do now.
