Q: Searching sent items in mail does not find emails that it should
When I search the sent items for one of my email accounts, the system does not find any results, even though there are emails matching this search criteria (I am searching an email address of a recipient). The email address that I am searching also has a name attached to it (you know how email servers let you "assign" your name to the email address, when you initially set up an email account). Maybe the mail program wants me to search by name instead. Sometimes when I type in the email address, I do see a name and the email address appear in a drop down list. Then, I can select it and it will do the search based on that. But, that doesn't always show up.
How can I make sure that I get the proper search results when the email address and name of the person does not populate in the drop down of the search box?
