Q: eMail push does not work
Hello,
we want to incorporate several iOS devices into our business network. The biggest problem we have, is that eMail notifications were successfully pushed and shown, but the eMail itself not.
Our CEO isn't amused, because he get's shown a eMail notification and needs then to open the eMail, were the application will refresh. He want's to have this refresh done in the background. We try iPad Air 2 and iPhone6
Is there any possibility to get this push service working as desired on an iOS device?
Thanks for any advice...
Steffen

Have you checked to make sure you have Background App Refresh enabled for the mail app you're using? Settings>General>Background App Refresh. Do you have push enabled in the account on the iOS device? Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar, select the mail account.
