Refind and resset account passsword

Hi guys, three weeks ago my father update my ipad 4 and when he tried to log in ipad with apple id he block my account.I don t remember the account or his informations to resset the password and unlock he cause my informations are in my old computer and he don t work.With the same yahoo mail adress i make another apple account hopefully i will find my first apple id but in vain .Can you help me ??😟
