Run a login script at login (new users)

Hey guys I am trying to run a app/script at user login. I know how to add to login items, or create a Launch Dameon. The problem is, my computers are bound to active directory so I need this script to run at login for any user that logs in including new users?

Search the internet for how to configure the default user template in El Capitan. I don't know how to do it, but there are tutorials around on the 'net.

I would imagine you will have to disable SIP to modify the template in El Capitan, then re-enable it. However, I don't know if it is possible to add a user login item to the template.

You could also possibly boot them into Target Disk Mode and connect through another computer to modify the user template.
