Live photo icon not appearing

I have upgraded to the iPhone 6s Plus and have restored my phone from my iCloud back up however my live photo icon is not appearing. Can anyone help?

Are you sure this is an iPhone 6s Plus? If you open the Camera app from the home screen, can you see if. I do know that if you open the camera from say, Messages, you will not see the Live photo icon. Go to Settings>General>About, and provide the Model number written there.
