how to select images to export

I have most all of my images stored and indexed in Aperture. My daughter is celebrating her 16th birthday, so we have selected quite a few images over the last 15 years and used the red color code to identify them.

So, how can I export them to a storage device to give someone to prepare a slide show for her birthday party.


Simple I'm sure.

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

I'd create a smart album with the single constraint "Color label is Red".


Open the "Library" tab in the Inspector panel, select "Projects", then use "New Smart Album".

Then select all photos in that album and use "File > Export".



Or select simply the "Photos" view in the library inspector, then set the search filed to show only the red labels:
