My ipad 4 has been fixed a couple weeks ago and if in on a app for too long it displays the app in the background of the screen? the time period for it to start to do it is thirty to a hour. This is a screen shot of it after i used youtube for around thirty minutes. You have to look closely though

What i mean is a imprint from the app or safria page will show even if im on another app. i was on youtube for around 30 minutes and then i went to minecraft. I would see the page i was on imprinted on my ipads screen Background. I dont belive it showed up in the screenshots now.

I'm not certain what we're looking for. The top screenshot looks like Minecraft, not YouTube. Can you be more specific, please?
The notifications screen is normal. This screen is presented on a translucent background allowing you to see (vaguely) the screen beneath. As I say - this is by design, and normal.
