MacbookPro late 2010 ssd upgrade stuck

Hi!

I recently got a MacbookPro from my brother that he didnt want, he took the hardrive and the ram sticks. I got a new ssd and found a 4gb ram stick in an old laptop i had. Then i started it up and went to Internet Recovery, connected to wifi and the globe started spinning after that the apple logo appeared and it started loading, then got stuck halfway. Anyone experienced this before?? I've searched the internet up and down for an awnser, even tried making a bootable usb drive with no success.. Any help is appreciated.

You MacBook Pro probably came with 10.6.3 which is Snow Leopard.

It came on a DVD, which you will need to reinstall your OS X.

Get the DVD's from your brother.

Your computer probably came with 4GB of RAM. Probably of no use to your brother.

Get that from him as well.

Try to boot from your DVD, insert the bootable DVD into the DVD drive of your MacBook Pro while it is on.

Then either shut down the Mac or reboot the Mac.

Hold down the "C" key on your keyboard as the Mac boots up.

Release the "C" key once the CD begins spinning in the drive.

It should boot to Disk Utility and allow you to format new disk and then install OS X.
