Iphone 5s Touch ID problem

Hey every body,

I put my iphone under sunlight by accident, about 4 hours.

Now, the touch ID and the power bottom is not working correctly,

some time it works, and some time it does not.

I restarted, hard restart, factory setting and....

but still have this problem

The IOS version is 9.3.1

Do you think the problem relates to the sunlight?? or it belong to software??

What can I do??? PLZ helppppp!! F11111111111111
