New Macbook Air is Getting Frozen

I bought New Macbook Air 13.Inches Model Early 2015 Using OX EI Capitan Version 10.11.4, When I newly bought it I run its 1.6GHz Intel Core i5 Processor to its optimum and it does satisfied me from its performance, Now it happens twice in a week, middle of my work screen of my MacBook Air Frozen, I have read on internet that pressing Command+Option+ESC will open option to quit application but nothing happens, then I have to press and hold power button to restart every time I have to do that.

I want to know if it is a serious issue or It just happen with machines, If this is going to happen again I will go to Apple Customer Care to rectify this mean while if i find some solution on this I will updates, am I the only one facing this Issue or anyone else facing the same.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

A Safe Mode boot deletes system caches that may help.

Top left corner of your screen click the Apple > Shut Down.

After your Mac shuts down, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold down the Shift key. You should press the Shift key as soon as possible after you hear the startup tone, but not before.

Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

Once you are in Safe Mode, go back to the Apple menu. From the drop down menu click: Restart

If the problem persists, please download and run https://etrecheck.com

Then copy and paste the results in your Reply.

No personal data is shared from your report and it should reveal what's causing the system to freeze.
