I 5s phone will not respond due to magnification of screen at turn on.

I believe my i phone S is 9.1.2 if that was the latest upgrade, my problem is my phone screen is now in max magnification and cannot find how to get back to the normal screen. I have tried the shut down and restart, and i have tried to tap the screen in the Siri setting, I tried to call my ATT wilsonville Oregon and no phone support.

I there an easy way to turn off the magnifying glass???
