What connection should I plug in my USB 2 outlet in my power pack to my MBP 13" late 2011..

None of them. The USB ports on your MacBook Pro are not designed to provide high current for charging a power pack.
In case you were wanting to use it to power your MacBook Pro, be aware that your MacBook Pro will not charge or run off a USB power pack.
