Connect Bluetooth 4.0 in Iphone 4 with IOS 7

Hey Guys, sorry for my bad English but I am Spanish, I have one problem, recently I bought an Smartband (Master fit Kaos) and when I tried to connect this SmartBand with my Iphone 4 it doesn't work, because the Smartband needs bluetooth 4.0 and my Ihpone only have bluetooth 2.0 I would like to know if i would be abble to connect the Ihpone with the Smartband.

No. If it requires bluetooth 4.0, then there is no way to connect it to your iPhone 4. You will need to buy a phone that supports bluetooth 4.0 or higher.
