erro -43 when trying to file to bin

When I want to send a file to the bin I receive the following message:

De bewerking kan niet worden voltooid, omdat een of meer vereiste onderdelen niet kunnen worden gevonden.

(Foutcode -43)
one or more parts cannot be found, error -43

I haven't had this before ad mothing has changed.

What is the problem and howcan I solve it?
