Windows 10 Dual Thunderbolt Cinema Display Not working!

I have a late 2013 Macbook Pro 15 with the discreet graphics card.

On OSX dual thunderbolt monitors work fine, either daisy chained or both plugged into the computer.

on Windows 10 I can only ever get 1 to work at a time.

Any ideas?
