icloud...my phone says its full and I have gone to my icloud.com to make sure things have been stored there and it shows up empty. Why? Whats going on? I want to clear my phone and yet I cant find any of my info anywhere.

The contents of backups of iPhones, iPads, or iPod Touch are not visible by logging in from a computer to https://www.icloud.com/
The backups can only be used to restore to one of those devices or to set up a new device.
The things that you can view at https://www.icloud.com/ are things that were synced to iCloud. They include items other than Backups and are controlled from iOS devices via Settings > iCloud.

i have looked at my cloud on my pc and its blank...in my phone my icloud says i have room...i cant see any of the info!???
