GUI Scripting Is Not Enabled?

We are trying to install some controls for our Electronic Medical Error. We continue to get this message:

GUI Scripting is not enabled.

Check "Enable access for assistive devices" in the Universal Access

preference pane (authentication is required), then run this script again.

This is not an option in the Accessibility Window.

Any suggestions?

The specific option has moved around in recent OS versions - the message you're reading sounds like it's out of date.

In El Capitain, it's under System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Accessibility
