Maps not showing traffic information

Often, Maps will not show traffic info. Toggling the info on/off and restarting Maps does not fix the problem, nor does moving the view to another region to force a refresh. A reboot often fixes the problem. Does anyone else have this problem? It has been there for a while, which is surprising.
