Q: How to receive responses to group text message

For some reason, I am not receiving any replies on my iPhone 6 when I send a group message. The contacts in the group see the replies when they are posted back to all. I do not see any replies, however, I know they are replying because my friend told me that she responded back to just me and she can see other's responses when they reply to all. I called AT&T my service provider and they can see the charges to my accounts for the responses but they cannot see the messages. Has anyone experienced this problem with group text messages or iMessages?
