I have a charge on my credit card that is not showing on my purchase history. How do I get it removed

Is it a temporary store holding charge (if it is your card issuer should automatically remove it) : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If not, and if you only have the one account and aren't a family organiser in family sharing, then contact your card issuer
It is for $10.99. I do not see it anywhere I look for it in iTunes purchase history or the App Store.
You have just the one account, and you aren't a family organiser in family sharing (if you are then you need to look at the family member accounts) ? If it doesn't show on your account(s) contact your card issuer.
